About the Author

Mansel Winter writes romantic novels, filled with conflict, suspense and passion. His debut book is part of ‘The Tom Steven’s Series’ called ‘An Educated Decision.’

Mansel was born in the Rhondda Valley in South Wales but moved to the Royal Borough of Windsor at the age of two. An only child, he led a lively, sporting life in the vibrant town of Windsor, living just yards from its famous castle.

At university, he gained a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Psychology and is a qualified Life Coach. Mansel’s chosen career was teaching, spanning almost forty years. His inspiration for writing originated from this educational background.

​

As we go through life, we all have aspirations and ambitions. Mansel’s was to become a Headteacher (Principal ) and be a novelist, and both have been achieved.

Now retired, he lives in the beautiful county of Yorkshire, where he continues his passions for writing, playing golf and enjoying countryside walks with his wife.
