Unhappily married, Tom defies his moral upbringing and principles and is tempted into an illicit affair throwing his life into turmoil...
Hi there,
Last week I told you I would say something about my books, so here goes.
I am a first-time self-published author of The Tom Stevens Series. At the time of writing, this is the first book of six parts. Amazon has published the first two books in paperback and as ebooks.
There is also a FREE prequel, Rich Boy Poor Choices, based on one of the main antagonist characters, Barclay Hughes, which is a standalone book and is available now.

Book Two - An Educated Guess - Parts 1 & 2, are also completed but are going through the editing and proofreading process and will be available in February or March 2023. In the new year, I will start writing Book 3 - which, at this rate, will also be in 2 parts.
The first book is a steamy, contemporary romance and suspense story following the life of Tom Stevens, 40, a deputy headteacher in a special school for children with mild and severe learning difficulties and a unit for autism with challenging behaviours. Tom is a dynamic professional seeking headship, and soon. He has taught in three different schools for almost twenty years and has been promoted to several senior posts before reaching his current position. Tom is dedicated to his chosen profession and cares about the well-being and educational needs of the students.
Tom's high expectations and professional standards cause a conflict of interest. When the occasion arises to temporarily take over the school's leadership role, some wish Tom to fail and fail miserably.
Tom has to make crucial decisions concerning serious school issues. The stakes are high, and success depends on Tom's leadership and management skills, integrity and tenacity.
Unhappily married, Tom defies his moral upbringing and principles and is tempted into an illicit affair throwing his life into turmoil.
Michelle Wills, late 40s, divorced, and a special needs support assistant at the school, has fantasised about taking Tom to bed since she first met him ten years ago, but that door has permanently been closed. Or has it?
Does this resume of the book appeal to you? If not, what kind of books do you read? Feel free to indicate your choice of books.
Until next time, happy reading.
